What should human beings on Earth do to be able to live happily in the future?
“One World”
The SDGs are 17 common goals to which politicians, businesses and citizens are invited to commit.
What we, Matsujiro no Mise Co., Ltd. can do as a company
Upon reflection, we thought of the value of helping SDGs “through bees”.

Bees not only collect honey, but also, as pollinators, they play an extremely important role in the growth and prosperity of plants. They are the source of the natural world, so to speak. Plants, whose growth is supported by bees, generate oxygen from carbon dioxide (Co2), and this contributes to reducing carbon emissions and global warming. In addition, bees play a fundamental role in agriculture, and support the “food” of us humans.
Bees help to enrich vegetation and preserve biodiversity and the natural environment.

It is the beekeeping industry that maximizes the power of these bees. Matsujiro has been in the beekeeping industry for 110 years, since the first year of the Taisho Era. Through our bees, we will continue to deepen our knowledge and play an active role from the perspective of SDGs.
